Starting February 1st, Wholesale Operator will be the new name for Private Mobility. This name change is emblematic of the new phase in which we find ourselves as an MVNE. Of course, our focus on service providers and MVNO's remains unchanged, but everything else will change, and, in our opinion, for the better.
In 2021, S. Lam Beheer acquired Private Mobility. One of the main reasons for this acquisition was the recurring dissatisfaction with the offerings, the lack of service-oriented approach and quality in the market. This created a need to do things differently - to do things better. This change marks the first step towards this goal. What you can expect from us is high-quality service, flexibility, and transparency.
Since the acquisition of Private Mobility, we have been working behind the scenes on an entirely new network to enable service providers and MVNO's to launch their own successful brands. We believe service providers and MVNO's are invaluable; while large network operators do well in serving the average customer, MVNO's distinguish themselves by tailoring their proposition to specific markets, thus better serving this market better.
Unfortunately, new and increasingly complex technologies make it nearly impossible for service Providers and MVNO's to integrate all desired components without concessions, ultimately compromising their proposition. We believe that this can be done differently, and it should be done differently! Therefore, we are here to tackle these complex challenges by offering ready-made 'building blocks' that offer all the components service providers and MVNO's need to offer their customers a proposition without compromise.
