Wholesale Operator Expands Its services with billing and credit management in partnership with FIQAS

Wholesale Operator aims to be the leading MVNE in the Netherlands. However, this ambition can only be realized by offering all the essential components that Service Providers need to deliver a high-quality and comprehensive proposition to their customers as MVNO's, without compromises. We’ve already partnered with top-tier technology providers such as HPE and Microsoft, and we are now proud to welcome FIQAS as a strategic partner.

We believe MVNO's are invaluable to the telecom landscape. While major network operators excel at serving the average customer, MVNO's distinguish themselves by tailoring their propositions to specific market segments—allowing those customers to be served better. To further enhance our service portfolio, we are now introducing billing and credit management. For this expansion, we have partnered with FIQAS; a highly experienced and reliable organization with deep expertise in billing and credit management processes, and a proven track record in the telecom sector. Their Abillity® platform is fully integrated with ours, enabling centralized management of the entire order-to-cash process. From usage data and invoicing to automated collections and user-friendly payment solutions, everything is handled within a single, scalable, and manageable system.

FIQAS provides this as a managed service, meaning MVNO's don’t have to worry about administrative overhead.
