More than just a number

Phone numbers, or MSISDN's to be exact, are key component but can easily be seen as a boring commodity. Although this is probably all true, we believe that good number management can greatly contribute to customer satisfaction. This is why number management is a completely seperate service in which assignment, activation, de-activation and number portability is handled very clearly. Separating number management also has the benefit that, from a mobile service perspective, it is 'just a number' that can easily be changed. Does your customer need multiple numbers on one mobile service, no problem.

High Speed Internet

Surely, the technique used by your customers handset plays the biggest role in the internet speed. For example, a customer on 2G will never experience the same internet speeds as a customer on 5G, no matter how good our services are. But this does not mean that there can't be a big gain by optimizing components used to deliver internet access to your customers. That is why we only use the best possible components and, besides constantly tuning and optimizing, invest heavily in overcapacity.

Crystal clear audio

All audio, including circuit switched voice, is handled by our IMS. We do this so we are able to deliver a uniform user experience, regardless of the technique which is used by your customer's handset. Your users will always get the same announcements and the same prompts, for instance, voicemail is always handled the same way. The IMS is also responsible for the duration of a phone call, this is especially important for pre-paid customers that run out of credits. It goes without saying we support all modern audio codecs used by mobile phones, including HD audio.

Comprehensive OSS/BSS

OSS/BSS stand for Operations Support System and Business Support System and is the entry point where all provisioning is done and where all management information is found. This can be accessed simply via our web portal or can be fully integrated with your own systems via our API. Our OSS/BSS is perhaps the most flexible of all our services as it completely build in-house. We are also always thrilled to go into a discussion with you on how we could improve our OSS/BSS even further.

Our OCS is your OCS

An OCS is possibly the most important component as it is responsible for the correct and real-time billing of voice, data and SMS used by your customer. Also, the OCS decides if a user can have usage outside of his preassigned bundles / credits. Furthermore, it is the OCS that triggers the bill shock notifications. By giving you access to a wide range of OCS functions you'll be able to compile your very own propositions in a way that best suits your brand.
